Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Vision Tour, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure transparency, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:

Cancellation 30 days or more before departure
90% refund of the total tour cost (10% retained as a processing fee).

Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure
50% refund of the total tour cost.

Cancellation less than 14 days before departure
No refund will be provided.

Force Majeure
In case of unexpected events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Vision Tour reserves the right to reschedule the tour or issue a travel credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed through PayPal within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
